Businesses are obligated to provide Fire Extinguishers and to have them maintained. They should be serviced at least annually to British Standard 5306 Part 3 2017. New Fire Extinguishers also require a Commissioning Service before use. Having fire extinguishers installed is worthless if they are not kept in good working condition.
